GENIUS TOOLS Model Processor

This task writes dimensions that into a CSV file or an SQLite database.

The cross-task settings can be found in the chapter General task settings.

The task-specific settings are:

1.Report to

Select the report to which the dimension are reported.

2.Edit or add a report template

The report definition editor opens. When you create a new report template, it is saved under Resources.

3.Select Dimensions

Select the dimensions to be reported. Each selected element is displayed in a table column of the report:

–Report names: Report the names of all matching dimensions as an explicit line.

–Report types: Report the types of all matching dimensions.

–Report nominal values: Reports the nominal value of all matching dimensions, that is, the value that was manually assigned to each dimension in Creo Parametric.

–Report displayed values: Displays the value of each matching dimension as shown in the Creo viewport.

–Report basic (TED) dimensions: Reports whether a dimension is basic, i.e., a TED dimension.

–Report inspection dimensions: Reports whether each matching dimension is an inspection dimension.

–Report dimension tolerances: Report the tolerance set for each dimension. This includes the type of tolerance as well as the tolerance limits.

4.Options

If a filter is entered, only dimension with the defined names are given out. You can use RegEx. The icon opens the RegEx Editor.

–Only report named dimensions

If this option is enabled, only dimensions with a manually entered dimension name will be reported.
