This general workflow is recommended for creating reports.
Considerations
1.Who creates the report?
–Administrator ⭢ Model Processor Report
–Creo User ⭢ Model Processor User
2.Which models should be analyzed? (Type of data processing)
–One or more parts, drawings or assemblies ⭢ Task list on the current model (MP or MP User)
–Files that are grouped in one or more directories or can be easily found by filename ⭢ Task list in batch mode
3.What data should be checked for what?
–Model data, parameters, relations, material properties, family tables etc. ⭢ Search for relevant actions in the category Report
4.Does the focus need to be switched to another part or within a part? ⭢ Select a group mode
5.Are specifications needed for executing tasks? ⭢ Use enhanced filters
6.What type of report is needed?
–CSV file, SQLite database ⭢ Choose a report template
Create task list
7.Create at least one report template in the Resources area.
8.Drag the required actions into the Body area.
9.Consider where using group modes and filters makes sense.
10.Test the result after each task.

12.Execute the task list.
