Hotfix for 12.0.2.0, a direct update from every previous version is possible

Fixes Problems with:
- Wrong Creo license server is used when set in unit
- Windchill server registration
- Creo project invalid when PSF Key does not contain lic entry
- config.pro not written correctly when dat file does not start a DLL (but e.g. a Java application)
- Crash when opening psf key from project info tab
- Environment variables in config.pro not resolved
